Club Race Night
St Lawrences will hold a race night on Friday 15th May 2009 at:
St John's Parish Centre
Chequers Rd, Chorlton, Manchester
The race night is expected to start at 7.30 pm
The aims for the night are to:
• bring underage parents together and explain registration process (and register as many as possible via the 100 club)
• get everyone together for a social occasion (it's been a while) and again get everyone registered -- ideally via the 100 club
• to raise some money for the coming year
We need to get 72 horses and 12 races sponsored before the night so bring your wallets to training on Thursday. It is £5 to sponsor a horse and £20 pounds to sponsor a race. You get to name the horse/race. I expect all open age players to at least sponsor a horse. I'm also looking for volunteers to help me sell these.
