Saturday 26th April 2009 saw Lawrences compete in the second underage blitz of the season. The sun shone as the Yellow Bellies fielded two strong squads at both Under 10s and 12s, which included a number of new recruits experiencing their first underage matches.

St Lawrence’s have announced their Senior and Junior captains for the 2009 season. The new Senior Captain will be former Enniskillen Gaels man Pete Quinn and the vice captain will be last years senior player of the year, Mayo man Luke Byrne. GAA Footballers Victorious on World Stage

On Friday 18th May, a sun-soaked Old Trafford opened its doors to host a challenge match between their neighbouring GAA Club and a local soccer team. The unimaginable for St Lawrence’s Na Piarsaig soon became reality by 3:00pm that afternoon as they lined out in the purple and gold colours associated with their Club.
