St Lawrences Underage
St Lawrences have a strong tradition at underage football and are one of the most successful underage clubs in Lancashire. Over the years the club have been committed to developing underage talent in the club, which has allowed many of our young players to progress through the underage system and become the stars of the senior team.
We judge our success not on trophies won (although they have been many) but on the number of children who have progress through the various grades and are still playing with club at senior level.
The club prides itself on its strong links with the local community and has developed links with over 12 local schools including St Johns PS Chortlon and Sales Holy Family. As well as a partnership with Premiership football giants Manchester Citys – ‘City in the Community’ programme
Underage Training
Underage training resumes 14th March 2009 at 3pm Turn Moss. All underage players are encouraged to build on the successes of last year and attend the first training session of the year and meet their new coaches. Fixtures lists for the season will be circulated on the day.
